Write an Offer to Purchase

So . . . we now are at the exciting place of putting in an offer.  Our team will have researched the market to find “comparables” as they are called to determine what is the best offer to submit.

Submitting an offer is as much of an art as it is a science.  We will seek your input first and foremost as to what your intuition is saying and then we’ll combine that with our research of the community and present our recommendation.

In the end, it is obviously always your decision as to what we present as an offer on your behalf. Obviously offering them the asking price has the best likelihood of being quickly accepted.  NOTE: There are multiple aspects to the offer, not just the sales price but your pre-approval status, are their any contingencies (sale of a home, financing, etc.), and any other aspects about the offer.

At times, there are multiple offers which come in so it is possible that a home is in so much demand that the sellers will actually get more than what they are asking for the home.

The further we are away from their asking price the less chance we have of getting the home which is another consideration when placing an offer.
