Mortgage Application

Once the offer is accepted your realtor will send a copy of the purchase agreement  to your loan officer to finalize your mortgage application.  At this point you will be able to  lock in your interest rate and finalize the mortgage program you want to use to purchase your home.  Your loan officer will either meet with you or can email you your application documents and disclosures.
