When we build a BOS - Business Operating System with the intent of strengthening all three dimensions we will build a more profitable and powerful business.  Each dimension will generate more and better leads, will help us to convert more prospects into clients and will generate more referrals.  

By developing a mastermind group with three to five other business owners to go through each of these eight lessons we will gain the accountability and insights of others which help us take action on what we've learned from doing our own Business X-Ray.
