Subject Line What did you think of the Passion / Vision Circle exercise? Hi {ContactFirstName}, Katrina from Life Masteries Institute again . . . and I just wanted to check out to see how things were going on the Passion / Vision Circle with your employees / team members. So . . . how are things going? Are you running into any challenges?  Anything I can do to help in any way? I wanted to introduce you to a pretty amazing program, Career Success.  Career Success has been develop over the last twenty plus years and is designed to help owners, leaders and employees to learn to think in the most effective way. Do you believe what Napoleon Hill said when he shared:  "Whatever the MIND can CONCEIVE and BELIEVE it can ACHIEVE." Career Success is multiple generations of life time's of learning.  It is the wisdom of the ages, the best of the best thinking all brought together into on powerful program.  We encourage owners, leaders and employees to go through one video a week within the Career Success program.  The video is roughly six minutes long so it requires very little time on anyone's part. There is no cost to this program for the employer or the employee.  What we do encourage is that the employer donate $7 a month for each employee using the program.  We also encourage each employee to also donate $7 month for the benefit they receive.  Life Masteries Institute is a IRS approved 501c3 non profit organization.   The small contribution goes in part to support this and other worthwhile programs which change the lives of people all around the world.  A part of the contribution is used to helping to stop child trafficking, helping inner city kids, single moms, children at risk, stopping teen suicide, building rock solid families and many other great causes. We have also found that companies who make a contribution for each team member will take the program more seriously and will gain a great deal more from the program than those companies who do not make a contribution.  We have found the same thing is true for employees as well.  Those who contribute will gain a great deal more benefit in sharing with others. We know, in a way, that this kind of a weird question but often we give up on our dreams.  I know that I have done that at times. I love the quote that Napoleon Hill shares  "Whatever the MIND can CONCEIVE and BELIEVE it can ACHIEVE." Do you believe that?  I sometime struggle with this myself but I know I want to believe. When I listened to the Career Success video #1, it renewed my hope and I thought you might enjoy it as well.   Lesson #1 One other thing I have found to be helpful is with the dreams I had as a child is to go back and figure out what was the reasoning behind those dreams.  Did I want to be a school teacher OR was it that I just loved to help people to learn.  Often our dreams as a child are not so much specific things to be achieved but have a deeper meaning. When we discover the deeper meaning, we discover something very special about ourselves.  That deeper meaning is often revealed in the Passion / Vision Circle which I hope you have completed and gained a lot of benefit from. In future weeks we will be sharing some of the other lessons from Career Success that we trust will help you to "Reach beyond your dreams and goals in every area of your life."
