Closing (Filing Of Deed)

Your closing has finally arrived.  You will sign all the necessary documents to make you a home owner.  You will provide a cashier’s check to the title company for any funds needed at closing.  The seller will also sign any required documents including the deed which now legally puts the property in your name.

You are now officially a homeowner, CONGRATULATIONS!
