Select Properties and View

After the initial real estate consultation to determine what your needs are in finding a home and being pre-approved, we then can move into this next phase of selecting and viewing properties.

Because of the thorough process you have already gone through with your realtor and lender, the next phase of selecting homes to view will take a lot less time and energy than you might think.  Due to our detailed interview and research process, it is not unusual that we are able to look at three homes and you will find the home that fits your specific needs and price range.

A thorough research of the market is done to come up with the three best homes to view.   A time is scheduled to view those homes.  You can take detailed notes to compare each home, determine how to rank that home in comparison to the other three homes.

After we view each of the three and you have selected the best of the three we will determine if that is the home you would like to place an offer on.  It is advisable to make a determination at that point if we would like to place an offer on any of those homes.  If we have found the best home it is not advisable to continue to look at homes in most cases it it will become confusing as to what home has what features and which one we like the most once we get beyond three.

If we have not found a home to put a contract in then we will select another three and do the same process again.
