Dear Mark and Joyce, As I reflect on the year gone by, I realized that I have attracted more clients, spoken to more groups, created an online coaching program, and hosted a very successful event The Fearless Factor Woman of the Year Award which drew over 80 participants from all over New York. Although I know the results are in no small measure because of my immense will to succeed, I am also aware that without a proper system in place, without the knowledge and understanding of principles that make things work, I would not have had the degree of success I've achieved to date. So at this time, I want to take a moment and thank you both for the extraordinary gifts you have bestowed upon me in the last year. Working with you has not only increased my business acumen, but your insights, knowledge and personal interest in me have inspired me to be a more committed and inspired business leader. As I look back over the last year, I see how I have managed to attract more clients, increased my efficiency in the office, have better systems in place that I now work with my clients on, and in general, I have reached a much higher level of success because of your generosity and your care. Your programs have been the gift. Personality Masteries is a major part of how I do my coaching practice now, and while I understand there is so much more I can learn, it is already proving itself highly effective. Dear Mark, Wow! I know I will come up with a more descriptive word, but for now, Wow is the word that comes to mind when I think of the amazing things you are doing.
