How can you be so hard on yourself for missing an appointment and face rejection time after time while talking on the phone? My self worth is based in the fact that I am created in God's Image and He loved me so much that He died for me. - Nobody can take that away from me. Thats why I can be so hard on myself. My self worth is not connected to anything other than that I am created in God's image. What is the desired outcome from the calls that we make? What questions do I need to make to determine/get to the desired outcome as soon as possible? The goal is the 30 minute Strategy Session. - Objective - find out enough about them to determine the best solution for them. Help them to see that and help them move forward. If they see the value in 30 min strategy session then they will do the Business X-Ray, if they see value in that they will go forward in doing Action Vision and or Mastermind Partnerships. Objections usually come up because we gave a solution too soon. If an objection comes up, respond with a question. Objection: Not really interested (polite but shut down) Questions : Huh, thats interesting what are you not interested in? What would you be interested in? If I could help you with no cost and little time address your BC would you be interested in that? Objection : Haven't taken time to read it, too busy (is follow up worth it) Questions : How long have you been so busy?
