What is your Life Vision?

After 1 Week Survey

Over the years we have discovered that the more information / feedback we can gain from team members, the more successful we as a team can be. 

Most people would say, "After one week, you can't expect new employees to do a survey like this."  We disagree, as we have on our process to not only attract the very best team members, but also have a system of team member development. This is done through Career Success to help us develop our team members at a much faster rate.

We have found that new employees often see things others do not, but sometimes they are a little fearful of sharing.  Please share! 

Don't worry about hurting anyone's feelings or not knowing if you're right or not, just share what you see.  We have a system for taking everyone's feedback and seeking out the best ideas to implement to continue to make the team stronger. 

As a matter of fact, please do a couple of things for us if you would.

[    ] - 1. If you do not have a Gmail email account, please get one.  We, and a number of people in our network, use Google docs a fair amount and a Gmail account will help you to access key documents quickly.

[    ] - 2. Please create a Google spreadsheet for yourself for key links.   Taking notes and keeping things organized is one of the greatest skills a team member can have.  It saves everyone time which gives us more time to better serve our customers.  Please put the following link in that document and ANY TIME you believe you are having major challenges within your position, go through and complete a survey.

NOTE: We recommend, at a minimum, that every team member completes one of these surveys twice a year.
