What questions do you have and/or Suggestions to improve the team? In an ideal world we would be able to be totally honest with everyone and just share a suggestion in an open and honest manner.
We know that, at times, we understand that team members may feel that they are not comfortable with sharing and we've built a system to handle that as well.
We have a very specific process we go through to address every question, suggestion or concern presented. We actually contract with an outside firm who helps us to go through a process to determine what is the best course of action to take with every item presented to us.
If you provide you name we are able to give you updates and ask you additional questions for clarification. If we do not know you name we do present updates to our team on every item submitted.
