I have been amazed by the responses as is the consulting firm which is helping us with this. When I asked what they thought about getting 75% of our members to respond and do the survey, they said: “We have never seen another association which has come anywhere close to that.”

What do you think of setting a goal for 100% participation? I know that is a crazy goal, in a way, but when you think if it, it might be easier than if we set the goal for 75%. Why, you ask?
If we set the goal for 100% then everyone must complete the survey and no one will think “I'll let someone else do the survey on my behalf.”
