Segment 1: Marketing Ourselves

A good preparation for the coming segments for this week.  Powerful realizations of the marketing model and approaches to sharing with your database.

Segment 2: The Fishery Principle

Learn how to convert leads faster.  Learn how to take low quality leads and grow them into high quality leads.  The Fishery Principle integrates The 5/30 Grid with The Marketing Model and a number of other natural laws.  This is a fun session and one that helps us to realize that we may be missing a lot of money because we don't have a fishery for all our prospects coming in.

Segment 3: Mark Boersma Giving Navy Seal Coaching

WARNING . . . This session is only for those who seek to be drilled.  Very aggressive and may seem harsh.  DO NOT VIEW this lesson unless you believe "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger."  There are four levels of coaching and people often get stuck is because they and/or others around them are not willing to become uncomfortable and stretch themselves.  Often . . . leaders start to buy into their own press releases and aren't challenged.  Leaders often challenge others but often are not challenged themselves.

Segment 4: Finish Strong

The best is often left for last and this last 15 minutes finished segment 3 in a strong way.  See how a Driver personality, which often blows someone out of the water actually inspires an Expressive personality to greatness.  Very interesting exchange of energy.
