Chicago Weekly Debrief - Week 9
Today's weekly meeting was most interesting as there was the discover of probably three or four new natural laws. It was observed by Peter in one of the later segments that Peter was interested in how Mark approached his own frustrations. Peter brought up Jim Rohn and we'll need to drill into that a little more in future . :-)
There were three of the members who stayed on for all three segments. Most interesting!
Segment 1: Event 1 Debrief
What does it take to get started with a a most amazing event? How do we make our events so powerful that everyone will come back again and again?
Our debrief of take two of event - celebrating our successes and looking how to continue to improve to maximize impact on all attendees. In the action items piece we start to address the core issue of getting the firepower to do what we need to do for a better event. How can we be most productive and profitable in the way we think? How can we take knowledge of what to do and put it into our hearts to take action and make the event the best we can? (30 Minutes)
Segment 2: Going Deep
How can we build a system so strong and increase the commitment of our group to keep this event progressing well and avoid the cliff coming ahead? How can we recognize danger and see how the little things make a massive difference? Jumping to a new dimension in being aware of this could bring great value. Sometimes if you miss segment 2, you miss the depth of learning personal development during these calls and new breakthroughs we offer to each other.
This segment is very interesting as Mark shares his thoughts on how this group could fall apart in two to four months. This segment is also very right for the Expressive personality type and/or anyone who is strongly connected to the Expressive personality type and loves and hates that. :-)
(37 Minutes)
Segment 3: The 3rd Dimension
If you thought the first two segments were good / interesting you'll probably find this third segment even more interesting. Major changes in structure, break throughs, organization and motivation were made in this segment.
If you listen to this segment and it doesn't blow you away immediately . . . at some point in your life you will be blown away. The Grandpa Chapelle Principle is most interesting as it helps us to understand, that in life, many times, we gain exposure to very important, life changing things, ahead of what we are ready to deeply understand those things.
This is unfortunate for us and others . . . as we would save ourselves a lot of pain, negative frustration, hurt and limiting of ourselves.
