Lucas asked Mark Boersma if he would be willing to share some thoughts about being in straight commission to his brother Nick.  Very interesting conversation.  Mark shares his background and history (great to really dig into Mark's story and how to create our own exciting story that sells) and then Mark's experience as to what it takes to be successful in commissioned sales.

Mark also assesses Nick's personality and provides insight as to why and how Nick can be most successful.  Mark also shares his thoughts in NIck's wife's personality and some about their relationship which Nick is impressed with how someone can know so much about someone and relationships in only a few minutes.
