Chapter 5 covers MANAGE UP and OUT. Communicating to people is one of the most important things we need to see success on any project that we lead and/or work on. Communication is more than just talking and listening, it is having the capability to understand what personality type you are talking to. Understand what you are saying, very likely is NOT what they are hearing. Learn how to communicate in a way that people will deeply understand what you are really saying. If we communicate too much information and/or to the wrong people, we risk the success of the project. If we do not communicate enough information to the right people, we also risk the project. In 18 minutes of instruction and 37 minutes of Q/A we will learn how we tend to communicate based on our personality, how others would prefer us to communicate, and how they are more likely to hear what we intend to say.
