Implementation, without question is the hardest for everyone to do.  We can accomplish a lot more together than we ever could on our own.  When we gain some assistance, join a mastermind group, obtain one on one coaching or partner with others, we increase our ability to implement what actions need to be taken.

Career Success
As is pointed out in the white paper on why vets fail, often HR managers and vets actually do not bridge the gap between the mindsets and skills required for success in the military are the same skills required for success in the marketplace.  If that bridge is not built to understand the value then the vet will not be offered a job and/or will not succeed in the marketplace.

There is a hunger in the marketplace from business owners / leaders for individuals who work hard, are loyal and know how to set and pursue goals.  Business owners / leaders are seeking people who are disciplined people, disciplined thinkers and disciplined in taking action. 

Career success is an entire short video library designed to help employees learn how to think like business owners, leaders, entrepreneurs.  When we learn to think like those who employ others think we will be offered jobs, we will advance into leadership positions, we will be influential in hiring other veterans and we will gain the skills, networks and disciplines to start our own companies if that is one of our goals.

TIP:  Each video is roughly seven minutes.  After we complete watching each video please remember to Manage - Communicate Up/Out through the button.  Life Masteries Institute as well as potential employers watch very closely those who go through the videos and the responses from the surveys.  Going through these videos help us to learn to think in a very different and powerful way. 

Mastermind Groups
We as veterans often need to be connected / networked better into the community / business which will open doors for possible employment or starting your own company.  Many of these groups are free and you, as a veteran, are invited to visit any group as guest.  A great way to meet people who could be your future employer or could help you in getting your own business started.
