As I think about our lunch I just had to write and share how profitable the time was, for us, that you invested into helping us understand the DNA of growing our business. The principles of the 5/30 Grid are so easy to understand I wish we would have been exposed to them years ago. The five areas, the importance of having each of the areas at a similar capacity was an epiphany to us.
