Do you have the deep down feeling that if your team was better in communications that you would be a lot more profitable as a company/team? Does it seem like different personality types seem to communicate in different ways and you are not sure how to communicate in a more effective manner based on personality types? Do you feel that if you were to learn as a company how to better communicate internally that those skills would transfer to marketing - sales - and customer service and the bottom line profit margins would increase? This survey will help everyone on the team to have a much better idea of where we can improve in specific areas of communications.
