Tanglewood - Sliding in and helping
Learning how to take leads that don't close and turn them into sales.  A part of this training will be for Area 2: Pre-Sales but can directly apply to Area 4: Servicing and helping servicing to learn how to assist in using the charm, the experience and expertise from servicing and moving hard to close prospects into a sale. 

Listen deeply and take notes.  A lot of surprises are in this one and may have to listen to it more than once to really gain a deep understanding of all that is shared.
