BXR review with Richard - Level 2 ActionVision Sale
Lisa did an amazing job with the Business X-Ray interview and 30 minutes after she did the interview Mark did the review with the new client.  It's really an amazing review and does a great job in following the X-Ray Review Script .  

Mark does a great job in presenting the ActionVision and going through all three levels of the ActionVision and even covers the Optional Upgrade which was cool.  Richard said he would let us know tomorrow on his decision.  A very strong probability that Richard will go on a Level 2 AV.
LEARNING TIPS

  • Listen carefully on Mark's energy in the beginning of the call.
  • Watch carefully as to how Mark takes Richard through the process in a very specific order.
  • Notice how Mark weaves and blends everything together and how Richard is really driving the sales process to closing the sale. 
  • Observe how Mark's voice "plays with Richard" and draws him in.
  • Be Curious . . . what do you observer?  What questions do you have?  What are you noticing as you listen and watch deeply? 
  • NOTE:  A few hours of extra study can increase your work productivity, income and reduce the hours you work.  Think about it . . . "How much time was invested into marketing to generate the lead and pre-sales to work the lead to get it to this point?   One slip up in Area 3: The Sales, one word not spoken, one thing not listened to can cost us the sale and hundreds of thousands of dollars or even millions can be lost . . . AND WE'LL NEVER GET A BILL FOR IT AND PROBABLY WON'T EVEN KNOW IT!
