Can You Help Me?

I am part of mastermind group, Legacy Partners and one of the questions other owners have brought up is “How do you help employees have the mindset of a business owner?”

I immediately thought of each of our amazing employees and thought each of you could come up with much better recommendations than I could.

If you could, we are looking for your suggestions on . . . how does an owner of a company best help each employee to connect their life vision into the owner’s life vision and the overall vision for the company?

One thing some other owners have mentioned is that they weren’t sure of their own life vision and that was where they started.  Here is an amazing short video on how each of us can Discover Our Own Life Vision .

Another thought I had was . . . “What if you and I and a handful of other team members were to get together over coffee and brainstorm on how we could connect all of our life visions together?”
