MCAT Basic Overview
MCAT is the standard system all the VA's, Distributors / Partners use to build their businesses and to support their clients. MCAT is what is called a CRM - Client Relationship Management system. MCAT sends out all email marketing, tracks all key information which includes all past conversations as well as the conversations you will have.
Basic Overview
There are many aspects of MCAT that you will not need to know and/or parts you will learn later. DO NOT get intimidated by the large amount of training in 2. Advanced portion. Do the best you can to pick up what you can and your mentor will help you pick other things up as you advance.
MCAT is very very powerful and there is damage you can do. This is a short training that you must do prior to actively using MCAT. Please listen very careful as a mistake could cost you and others around you tens of thousands of dollars.
