There may be billable work that can be done very quickly if individuals are willing to jump in without all the training and not being sure of what to do fully.  Normally personality types such as the expressive and driver tend to be more willing to do that.

   - Don't be afraid of pushing however frequently you would like to push your mentor for billable work.  If someone is pushing hard for billable work they are more likely to do well on that, even if not fully trained.  

       - Work to get through the training ASAP.  

       - You are off to a great start.  Keep that up!
