Step 3 - Manage Up/Out
Phone Call Reporting
The following daily calling report is automated to where you click on the button / link and quickly and easily submit your daily numbers. It is very important that you do this after each calling session. You will produce greater results if you make a block of calls at one time. Ideally after each block of calls you should submit your numbers. Check with your mentor if you have any questions. Reviewing your numbers and overall stats click on "To Review Report" button. Create a icon on your desktop for quick access.

One of the most important aspects of learning to make successful phone calls has nothing to do with phone calling. It has to do with written communications and tracking of data. Managing Up/Out is the art of communicating to your mentor, your clients and anyone else. If you do this well, your clients will be happier, you will make better calls and you will earn a lot more money.
In the book Good To Great they say great companies have Disciplined People, Disciplined Thinkers and Disciplined In Taking Action. You should do the daily reporting without ever having to be asked and should be done every day worked.
NOTE: The following data is NOT passed along to your E-VA clients but passed along to your mentor(s) for them to help you. There may be some data passed along to your clients. You mentor will work with you on this. Hours are NEVER passed along to clients as it is only a small reflection of the overall work completed.

2. What do I wish I was better trained in?
3. Was their anything I really enjoyed doing today?
4. What could I do to better enjoy making phone calls and/or do a better job / produce better results?
4. Having goals and a plan for the next day of work before you finish your day will help to motivate you hit it hard the next day with a lot of energy.
