The following document will help us to set calendar appointments, learn how to deal with lower and higher quality leads, how to get them involved in mastermind groups, how to confirm appointments and how to get appointments to stick.  You / we will work so hard to get an appointment AND if we don't carefully follow the steps / process to make it stick WILL lose hundreds of thousands of dollars.  PLEASE know deeply how important this document is to learn and follow!  


Lead Tracking Box 3:
Tracking 100% Of Leads is so very important to the success of ALL that we do.  Learning to track all leads AND then work all leads is so very important.  The TWO main roles for Area 2: Pre-Sales is 1: Get prospect to know - like and trust you / us. (This is often done by doing a 30 minute Strategy Session)   2: Provide the information needed to set up Area 3: The Sale to close the most prospects, in the least time with the least amount of effort.  
There are a number of different types of Prospect Management Systems and your mentor will work with you to determine which of the various systems is best for your specific situation.  The following link provides access to a number of the various types which can be used.
