1st Letter To Employees

NEXT Step after employees do Level 3 Employee Survey . . .
After our employees / team members complete their surveys, the next step is to commend them on the feedback they have given.  We want our employees to know, at a deep level, that we really care.  One of the best ways to show we care is to help them discover their Life Vision.

The following is a nice email to be sent to all your employees / team members which will help them discover their own life vision.  It's a fun exercise that people generally enjoy.  Some employees may not like this or think it's personal.  That's alright . . . they do not have to do this it is totally optional.

You can send this out to all your employees / team members as is or you may tweak the copy to best fit the needs of your group.  There are other exercises which could be done if you do not think this one is best for you and your team at this time.

Subject Line Very nice job on the surveys.  Thank you!

Body
We had a coaching session with Synergy and the President, Mark Boersma, shared how impressed he was with the responses from the surveys you completed.

Nice work!

He wanted to pass along congratulations to us as well as the team as a whole.

Thank you for your honest feedback.

Mark said that there was so much valuable information shared that we could approach it from a number of different perspectives.

One suggestion he gave is to do the "Passion Circle" exercise.  This simple / exciting exercise will help each person better understand their own passions and then from those passions discover their life vision.  We thought this would be a great place to start.

It's very simple to do actually.  All one has to do is to draw a circle and then list around that circle all the things they are passionate about.  There is no right or wrong way to do this.
   - Here are some examples  -    http://www.thevisionproject. net/7lessons_CaseStudies.htm

There is a video training on the exercise you can go through if you would like to see how this is done.  Up to you.  It's lesson 4 -  http://www.thevisionproject. net/7lessons.html

We are new to this ourselves, so not totally sure how to do it but "Trusting the integrity of the system" (Something Tom Kunz is fond of saying) and doing the best we can do.  Mark is fond of saying "It's easier to change the direction of a moving car than one that is standing still."

Do the best you can and we'll go from there.

Give me a call if you have any questions.
