In this slightly longer session (25 minutes) we we drill deep into the heart and soul of an entrepreneurial individual and learn at the deepest levels how employees can bring the most value to a business owner.  Work to replace the business owner to give them the freedom to pursue starting another company, doing things that interest them, giving to the world or just having a little time for themselves and their families.

Remember when our parents said to us "Just wait until you have kids!" and we laughed . . . until we had kids and then understood what they were talking about.  In this session we learn some very deep things that almost no entrepreneurial individuals will share as to the sacrifices they make to start and run a company.  You'll almost never hear a spouse or their children complain about the risks, costs and sacrifices made by the business owner.

When we understand the heart and soul of the business owner we are able to serve, support and assist them in ways most employees never can.  Trust us . . . when we say . . . if you do this for probably any owner of a company, that they will seek to give you far more, than you are able to give them.
