Who may be the best person in any city to help achieve community / business partnerships? If you said "the mayor" you would probably be right. Mayors are like the CEO of a city and have interests and connections into both community and businesses. When you are able to say: "The mayor asked that I should connect with you" that almost always guarantees a conversation with the person you are seeking to talk with.
