THE VISION PROJECT

What is your Life Vision?

Before Day One

Quick training to get ready to work as a VA

A great deal of one's career success actually comes down to the first day on the job believe it or not and  lot of the success of Day One on the job rests in what we did to prepare for Day One.

To the average employee, this may seem a little overboard but to exceptional employees, they in many ways, already do much of what we will recommend.

Bud Hadfield, Founder of ICED - International Center for Entrepreneurial Development, was very fond of saying "If you're not five minutes early, you're late!"   Bud, oversaw the development of a worldwide organization which managed many print brands as well as other entrepreneurial enterprises.

Here is our recommended checklist . . . (You can add to this list.)

[    ] - 1. Be at least 15 minutes early.  Pre plan for bad traffic and any other possible challenges that might seem to be unforeseen.

[    ] - 2. Bring a hard bound journey.   Regardless of the years of experience there will be much to learn.  Always have your journal within hands reach so you are able to take great notes.

[    ] - 3. Get a jump start on Career Success.   Natural Laws like being Great vs. Good where we learn that great employees see what needs to be done before being asked and do it, or the Investment/Return Principle which helps us to provide the greatest return for our employer, not just because it's the right thing to do but, because it will help the employer to invest more back into us - WIN WIN . . . http://thevisionproject.net/ CareerSuccess.htm

[    ] - 4. Write out your professional goals for the next 90 days.

[    ] - 5. Get a jump start on the discover of your own personal Life Vision.   How can a team help a team member if the team member doesn't know where they want to be in life, i.e. why they were put on this planet in the first place.
Lesson #4 - http://thevisionproject.net/ 7lessons.html

Don't forget to get to bed the night before early, plan to have a great breakfast, print out your checklist for today as well as day one.

Don't stop at the above five things.  Add to the above list and see how a little extra planning prior to getting started will not only get your day on the job to be amazing but will change your life forever.

We recommend that you go through the Career Success program on your own as a personal development tool.  We recommend you start out with Module 1, lesson 1 and then build from there.

One of my favorites comes from Tom Kunz, past President of CENTURY 21, is the Natural Law, Claim Unclaimed Territory .  Tom shares that he believes that is one of the most powerful Natural Laws he applied in his own career which helped him advance to the President of the largest real estate company in the world.

Our hope is that you will have equal success as Tom did in the application of that Natural Law to your life.

Once again, congratulations!
