Tracking Time
In the book, Good To Great by Jim Collins he talks about successful companies having Disciplined People, Disciplined Thinkers and Disciplined (3D's) in Taking Action. When we are disciplined in small things we build our discipline muscles, so to speak, and are able to be disciplined in some of the larger things.
As the 3D's become stronger we will see greater success in all areas of our lives. Tracking our billable and non billable time throughout the day is key to our success.
