Step 2: Solutions
We have found our referral partners tend to like three types of solutions, a basic, intermediate and an advanced.
If a referral partner likes to go slow, understand every step, take their time and/or does not have a strong sense of urgency, a basic solution is a great way to start. There is very little investment of time/resources to see how things go.
If a referral partner tends to go with their instinct, move much faster, and take action quickly then we'll start out with a more intermediate solution. Everyone moves much faster with this type of solution.
The advanced solutions come together over time.
Most of our referral sources share, "I've been in the industry for years and I've never seen a company who has their act / systems together as The VA Team. What can we do to put those same types of systems in place?"
