Mastermind Calls
How to log in for your Mastermind call conference line

Before you start your mastermind call, if you want to see who is on it and manage your guests, please follow these instructions.  These may be adjusted as time goes on, so if you have trouble with the log in information, please connect with your mentor or whoever passed this on to you.

1. Log into www.freeconferencecalling.com

2. Type in username: mboersma@synergysolutions.net

3. The password can be verbally given to you. Please connect with the person who shared this with you to get the full log in and allow for time to get a response before your mastermind call.

4. Near the top of the screen, there is an orange bar with a menu.  Select "Manage Calls"

5. Depending on which line you are using, select the appropriate access code for your call.  Hit the "Submit" button.  Again, if you have doubts or questions on which line you're using, check the event calendar or connect with the person who shared this link with you.

6. If a call is active, you will see participants listed on the next screen.  If it has not started yet, it will give you a screen with the host code for you to start the call when you call in.

7. There are some conference call controls to the left of the participant list that can allow you to record the call, mute the line, turn the entry notice on or off and a few other options.

8. Once your participants announce themselves, you can click on the space next to their phone number and edit their label to show their name so you know who is on for future calls.
