History
Life Masteries Institute is a 501c3 non profit organization devoted to helping business and community based organizations come together in order to create massive economic activity for communities.

Tom Kunz, past President of CENTURY 21 (largest real estate company in the world) helped raise over 100 million dollars for Easter Seals. Tom and Mark Boersma, international speaker, author and business owner co-authored Community / Business Partnerships which has created a number of movements throughout community and business groups. The following are a few of the many things inspired from the original book Tom and Mark co-authored.

Business owners register for the event and share their biggest challenge as it relates to the topic of the month. Life Masteries Institute (LMI) then selects five of the topics which best represent the needs of business owners.

LMI invites world wide thought leaders AND business owners who are actually facing these challenges / problems each and every day to be panelists for 30 minutes. Each topic will be covered in 3 to 5 minutes.

Attendees are invited to stay on after the 30 minutes if they wish to talk further with the panelists and other attendees.

Each session is recorded and then put into a master online library for business owners to share with other business owners.

Question - Is All This Really Free? Why and How?
Answer - Yes these events are free. If owners gain benefit they are free to make a contribution to Life Masteries Institute. As a non profit organization Life Masteries Institute is able to provide resources to every business in the world and by doing that will fulfill the vision for the network.

Question - Is every month different?
Answer - Yes, every month is different and it is important to schedule the full twelve months to you never miss a month.

Question - Why should I attend the live event if I can listen / watch the recording?
Answer - Great question. There is something special about the live event that you will not pick up by listening to the recording and after the 30 minutes of "Owners Speed Coaching" as it is called you can interact with the facilitators. We have also found that while individuals have the best intentions of listening to the rebroadcast most never will.

Question - Can I share this with other business owners?
Answer - Yes, please do. Actually a number of business owners use this as something to bring value to all their business customers. Some will actually set up owner mastermind groups and use the questions / recordings twelve month outline as a format to lead an owners mastermind group.

Question - Should I invite my employees to attend?
Answer - Only if you want to have them learn to think like an owner. Seriously . . . yes please do invite employees. One mistake the most owners make is that the owner doesn't realize how differently they think than their employees and to really get our businesses to run without us we need all the employees to learn to think like a business owner.
