VAT Training - The 5/30 Grid

Most of the work we has E-VA's will be doing is within The 5/30 Grid.  The 5/30 Grid took over 17 years to discover and develop.  New development and discovers are happening each and every week so it is an ongoing process.  The more you know . . . the more you'll know you don't know.

The BOS - Business Operating System has three parts . . .
  - DNA for PEOPLE
  - DNA for BUSINESS
  - DNA for LIFE

The 5/30 Grid is DNA for BUSINESS.  The interesting aspect of The 5/30 Grid is that it's both very simple and very complex.  As soon as we think we really understand it, we will move to The NEXT Dimension , where we will realize there is so much more we need to learn. 

The Simple . . . There are five areas or five pipes to the pipeline in business and a business is only as strong as it's weakest link or pipe.  As E-VA's we help companies strengthen their weakest pipe.  

The Complex . . .  There are six levels of proficiency for each of the five areas.  The more complex :-), under each box there are another 7 levels of sub complexity for each of the individual boxes.  We're guessing that once we get all 210 of those completed that there are another 8 levels of detail for each of the 210 or probably 1,680 lessons . . . but let's not go there.  :-)

We practice the Natural Laws - DNA for LIFE (Career Success) throughout the entire E-VA training / certification program.  One of those very important Natural Laws is The Simple To Complex To Simple principle.  Reminder there are 1,440 minutes in a day.  To succeed in owning your own company you need to have MASSIVE DISCIPLINE.  Go through one Career Success or other Natural Laws video a day and then Up / Out every day.  It's 10 minutes a day out of 1,440 to develop yourself to gain wisdom.  

Take 30 minutes and play around The 5/30 Grid to get an idea of what it's about as you will be investing a great deal of time in the learning and doing of The 5/30 Grid for your own E-VA business as well as for your clients.  

The 5/30 Grid In Detail - Up / Out

DNA  for  BUSINESS    (The 5/30 Grid - 10 Months to Freedom) 

The DNA for BUSINESS, i.e. The 5/30 Gird is both very simple and very complex and that is the mystery and magic of the grid.  It simple in that there are five areas in every business.  It's complex as there are six levels of complexity within each of the five areas.

It get's even more complex as we drill down deeper.  Each box, for example has another seven deeper layers of learning.  A great example for deep learning is Box 2: Develop & Deliver A Message.  There is a seven week course that you can take that will go deeper into learning that box.  Once you get through the seven week course, there is another 48 week course you could take which took to develop the seven week course.
The more we know about The 5/30 Grid . . . the more we know we don't know.

Once you have read the course outline in detail and studied everything then manage Up/Out to your mentor, explaining to them why you believe you are ready to take the course.  If you sell them that you are ready and that you will be a great steward of the time and resources which will be invested into you, they will activate the course in your MCAT, My Training module.  

In this course, there are seven lessons under each of the five areas within The 5/30 Grid.  We will also learn in this course how to integrate Personality Masteries into The 5/30 Grid and blend in many of the DNA for LIFE, Natural Laws which then make up the engine for helping others double their income, reduce the number of hours they work, reduce their stress and improve their life balance.

NOTE:  When you manage Up/Out you must also really "sell" why you are ready to do the course AND you must give a commitment of how much time you will put into the course on a weekly basis until you have completed the course.
