GTing It
GTing IT stands for implementing the Golden Triangle for products, services and/or groups of people.  To be a Leader of Leaders one needs to know the GT (Golden Triangle) intimately AND needs to know who in the network possesses these skills and how to bring all these skills together in an efficient and profitable manner.   Profitable is the key word here in that it's easy to oversee people working and earning money BUT hard to insure that all the resources being invested are producing a profit.
