Leaders of Leaders Certification
When we first become and E-VA we are exchanging largely our time and expertise for money.  In many ways this is very similar to a employee, a CPA, a doctor or any other business owner who really, when we think about it, doesn't own a company but owns a job.  
What we learn in this special advanced certification is how to move from exchanging time for money, to exchanging expertise for money, to gaining money for results, to gaining money even when we're not working.  Most business owners never do learn this so it's not something we will learn overnight but will be a journey we will be pursuing for the rest of our lives.  :-)  

Obviously we don't have to share by now to Manage Up/Out.  :-)
