DNA for PEOPLE   (Personality Masteries) 

Learning the DNA  for  PEOPLE i.e., Personality Masteries is as much as an art as it is a science and the more we learn, the more we know . . . the more we'll know we don't know. 
You will have a great deal of exposure to Personality Masteries throughout all your E-VA and PE (Product Executive) training.  Learning to go deep in personalities starts with the Level 1 online Personality Masteries certification course . 

Please read over the full information / sales page for Personality Masteries Level 1 Certification and then manage Up/Out to your mentor, explaining to them why you believe you are ready to take the course.  If you sell them that you are ready and that you will be a great steward of the time and resources which will be invested into you, they will activate the course in your MCAT, My Training module.  

NOTE:  When you manage Up/Out you must also really "sell" why you are ready to do the course AND you must give a commitment of how much time you will put into the course on a weekly basis until you have completed the course.
