VA Team Shares HISTORY
Our history personally as well as history for a team is important as it helps us to understand not only who we are but why we are the way we are.
This is a short video which gives you at least the big picture of the history for the VA - Virtual Assistant certification program through Life Masteries Institute.
As you get deeper into our interviewing, hiring, training and mentoring system you will probably recognize that we have a purpose behind every system, step, and process we have in place. One of the most important systems / process we have is what we call Manage UP/OUT.
What we mean by this is that after you watch a video, go through any training, and/or learn something that you should automatically think: "Who should I manage UP/OUT to?" When you manage UP/OUT to someone it shows others that we care, that we are learning, growing, and gaining benefit from key things they have installed.
It also helps us to learn more, learn faster, and share with others where we stand. The contact person you are connected with, within The VA Team would be the person you email the questions to the following questions.
