Great question Travis.

I belong to a group called Legacy Partners . This group is mastermind network of business owners, from all different industries who share ideas and best practices on how to build, install and run various systems.

"Anything we do more than once we need a system for."  The Legacy Partners network, through our unique process will build customize systems for anything you are doing twice.  The network has built systems to become an international speaker and author and then leverage the energy and reach of that to build some very exciting opportunities for any size business.

Travis, there is a three step process to being able to determine what system is best for a company to start with. 
Step 1: Examination - Often professionals / business owners will start with the Business X-Ray .  It's only $285 and includes a personal interview over the phone, a very detailed personal / professional / business graphical assessment and then a phone / computer review to understand the full assessment and what the next steps are. 

Step 2: Solutions - Once a thorough assessment is completed then we have found that individuals tend to like three types of solutions . . . A Basic - An Intermediate and An Advanced.  Throughout the entire network, there are many possible solutions, some of which actually do not cost anything.  - Popular Solutions -

Step 3: Implementation - Once we have an assessment and the best solution we need a plan.  There are a number of different types of plans which can be built for any desired solution.

A very popular intermediate solution is a program called ActionVision .  You can think of those who design and build ActionVision plans as architects to building any of the above systems or building an overall BOS - Business Operating System

The biggest challenge in building any solution is actually doing the work to build an maintain the system.  Often individuals will contract with E-VA - Executive Virtual Assistants as they will take the " architect's" plan and know precisely how to build it.  They can do all the working in both building and maintaining it, or they can build it and then hand it over to employees to maintain it.
