Managing . . .   
Once we have an E-VA trained and moving in the right direction, doing the right things, in the right way at the right time we then need to move into management.  We need to know our numbers as Tom Kunz would say.  We need to make sure we're watching the efforts being made, the financial investment and the results from those effort and the return from the investment.

When things aren't work . . . why not?  How do we build systems and how do we insure that everything we do is profitable?  How do we manage the people, the systems, the clients, the projects and the opportunities to bring the best of the best for all those we're connected with and to?
