Mentoring . . .   
Once someone completes the training, they will have a head knowledge of what to do but won't have the deep experience until they take action and even maybe train someone else.  If we ever really want to learn something, we need to do it AND then teach it.

Mentoring is the art of helping individuals to gain masteries of what they have learned AND learn how to take their 7 T's and turn them into sales / profits for themselves and others.  ActionVision certification will help a great deal in this area.  We need to learn to SEE where the opportunities and challenges are and then THINK through how to solve those challenges based on the individual's personality, their passions, Life Vision and experiences.  

We need to bring all the head knowledge together and integrate the three DNA's to the BOS into the overall success for each E-VA and every client they serve.
