Training . . .   
For the most part, all the training for E-VA's is really online. . . at least in getting started.  The key is to make sure that the new E-VA goes through the right training and is consistent and disciplined in what they do.  Any mistakes, weaknesses and/or blind spots that we as a leader of leaders do not catch right away will cost us tens of thousands or even millions of dollars and / or could even cost the E-VA we're mentoring their success / their company.  Learning to watch the smallest of details will save everyone a lot of time, money and frustration later on.  

The first 20 hours Fast Track training will help get someone to where they can do some entry level work.  Helping individuals get through the full 50 hours and then the 30 hours and then on tracking with specialized training is critical to everyone's success.  Where is the billable work that needs to be done and where will it be in the future?  What are the E-VA's passions & Life Vision and how does that connect into what they are doing?

Insuring that everyone we're leading is profitable is drilled into us as a leader of leaders.  Things will come to an end for all of us very quickly if we are not successful in this.   Investment / Return Principle is a great one to know deeply .
