Is It Possible To Clone A Business Owner?
What seems to be the biggest challenge of every business owner? A common response is “how do we clone ourselves?”
Have you ever felt like you owned a job as a owner rather than owning a company? I know I have.
I came across this site and network of business owners and have been impressed by how much thought has gone into Legacy Partners program . . . or really the entire system.
As a customer, I know that if I can help you grow your business, then our business will grow and as our business grows, it can grow your business too. Together we can accomplish a lot more together than we ever could on our own.
The entire concept within Legacy Partners is that every business has an engine and often to really increase our sales / profits and reduce the number of hours we work, all we need to do is give our engine a tune up.
They call this engine a BOS - Business Operating System and there are three parts to it. The DNA of PEOPLE, the DNA of BUSINESS and the DNA of LIFE.
It’s most interesting as the entire program is run by the members, who are owners like you and I. There is no cost to join and it administered by a non profit organization, Life Masteries Institute.

Could you help me?
I am part of mastermind group, Legacy Partners and one of the questions other owners have brought up is “How do you help employees have the mindset of a business owner?”
I immediately thought of each of our amazing employees and thought each of you could come up with much better recommendations than I could.
If you could, we are looking for your suggestions on . . . how does an owner of a company best help each employee to connect their life vision into the owner’s life vision and the overall vision for the company?
One thing some other owners have mentioned is that they weren’t sure of their own life vision and that was where they started. Here is an amazing short video on how each of us can Discover Our Own Life Vision.
Another thought I had was . . . “What if you and I and a handful of other team members were to get together over coffee and brainstorm on how we could connect all of our life visions together?”

Community Based Organizations
Community / Business Partnerships...The Solution
Have you ever wondered how community based organizations and businesses could better partner?
What many community based organizations do not realize is how they can help business owners see greater success in their business.
This is beneficial, in that, as businesses see greater success, more profit and more growth, they are able to give more back into the community.
I am part of mastermind group, Legacy Partners which assists business owners best understand how to build systems which help their businesses to better run without them.
Many business owners have joined, Legacy Partners (there is no cost to join) as a result of being introduced through community based organizations. It’s a WIN WIN as the business owner receives valuable assistance and resources and the community based organization can help every business owner connected to the organization without any time, resources or money.
It’s really as simple as forwarding this email to the database / network and giving them a heads up of possible resources.

From One Employee...To Another
Do you have too much stress . . .
Do you ever have too much stress?
What’s the difference between good stress and bad stress and how do we get rid of the bad?
If we don’t deal with stress properly, it will lead to discouragement, which can lead to depression, which can lead to a loss of hope, which can lead to to worse things.
There is an interesting group of business owners who have come together as a mastermind group in Legacy Partners . Even though I’m not a business owner, I’ve joined the group and am welcomed.
One of the things they are working on is how to help employees reduce stress and overcome depression and feelings of a loss of hope.
I’ve found “ Career Success ” and “ People’s Biggest Challenges ” to be great resources which have helped me to reduce my stress, improve my perspective in life, and assist me in my career as well. Each lesson is roughly six minutes and we work to review one a day.
These resources have been working well for me and I thought they might bring you value as well.
